Abdoogh khiar is an easy but delicious recipe. It is made of yogurt, cream, cucumbers, raisins, water, doogh (a beverage made of yogurt, water and salt) and aromatic vegetables such as mint, leek, dill, and parsley, as well as dried damask roses.
